Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Live Interactive Sponsorship Workshop hosted by Celebrity Capital. Please read these Terms & Policies carefully before purchasing. By registering for this workshop, you agree to the terms below.

1. Workshop Overview
   The Live Interactive Sponsorship Workshop is a paid, small-group educational and strategy session focused on sponsorship development, brand partnerships, and event revenue generation. This is a live, interactive working session. Each registration reserves one participant seat unless otherwise stated.

2. Registration and Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

3. All Sales Are Final (No Refund Policy)
   Due to the limited capacity of this workshop, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason. Please register only if you are fully prepared to attend.

4. Workshop Details and Delivery
   Live Interactive Sponsorship Workshop
   Date: April 10, 2026
   Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST
   This workshop will be delivered virtually. Access details, including Zoom link and materials, will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

5. Access and Participant Responsibility
   You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking all folders, ensuring a reliable internet connection, and joining on time. Celebrity Capital is not responsible for missed access due to incorrect information or technical issues.

6. Early Registration Bonus
   The first 5 registrants will receive a complimentary 30-minute private strategy session. This bonus is limited, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Eligibility is determined by payment timestamp.

7. Workshop Materials
   All materials are provided for individual business use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

8. Intellectual Property
   All content is the intellectual property of Celebrity Capital and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

9. No Recording
   Recording or redistribution of the workshop is not permitted.

10. Educational Purpose
    This workshop is for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed.

11. Conduct
    We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

12. Changes
    We reserve the right to adjust the workshop if necessary.

13. Liability
    Liability is limited to the amount paid.

14. Chargebacks
    You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
